    Hi, I’m Claire! Originally from France, I found my true home in the beautiful Algarve, where I’ve been sharing my passion for movement and holistic well-being. I am a certified massage therapist specializing in Shiatsu and foot reflexology, with over 15 years of experience in helping the body heal through touch and energy flow. Over the years, I expanded my practice to include yoga, and I am a Yoga Alliance-certified teacher, offering classes in Vinyasa, Yin, and Hatha yoga to support balance, strength, and deep relaxation.

    Creating Le Dôme in Lagos was a natural step—an inviting space where I tailor each session to the unique needs of my clients. Whether through massage, movement, or mindful breathing, my goal is to help others find greater harmony, both inside and out.

    PILATES & VINYASA TEACHER

    Originally from Ireland and now based in the Algarve, Evelyn brings over five years of teaching experience and more than 700 hours of training across Yoga and Pilates. Her background spans Hatha, Vinyasa Ashtanga, and embodied movement, complemented by a strong foundation in Pilates that informs her focus on alignment, strength, and mindful awareness in every class.

    Her classes offer a grounded yet uplifting experience - flowing sequences that balance strength, softness, and presence. With clear alignment cues and options for all levels, Evelyn weaves together breath, movement, and energy to create a sense of connection and ease in the body.

    She also integrates somatic practices such as tapping, shaking, and free movement, along with the precision of Pilates, to support both functional strength and emotional release. Expect music, flow, and a welcoming space to come home to yourself.

    Hannah is a passionate yoga teacher dedicated to helping her students feel empowered whenever they step onto the mat. Her classes focus on practicing from within, blending thoughtful alignment cues with the deeper connection between mind and body. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, Hannah’s teaching style encourages you to embrace your limitations, flow authentically, and truly own your practice.

    With years of experience teaching and hosting retreats in destinations like Australia, Italy, Guatemala, Sri Lanka, and Indonesia, expect to feel challenged, supported, and inspired as you explore your practice in her vinyasa, hatha, or yin sessions
